Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original tags and items inside the shipping bag, ensuring all pieces are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
